Home, A Sanctuary of Peace

I believe that home should be a sanctuary of peace, a place where we can release the stress from external environments and get ourselves back to peace and homeostasis. It is a place of refuge and safety. Home is hopefully the space where we can just be with ourselves and families, relax, and explore our creativity, health, and relationships in a safe and comfortable environment.

It may seem strange to some that I am actively working as a Realtor after decades of teaching yoga, meditation, nutrition, and therapy. Yet to me it fits in perfectly with my career goal of supporting the well being of others. I offer my clients representation in finding home, whether that is through mindset coaching, meditation, body awareness, nutrition, or the buying and selling of real estate. Your home is where a lot of your lifestyle and healing happens! Home is where you can rejuvenate and express yourself.

  8. Let your decor inspire you

  10. Make peace a priority
